By submitting your music to our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Weekly Charts (Free Submission)

  • Process: Submission to our weekly charts is free of charge. Our editorial team will review all submissions to determine if they meet the website’s aesthetic and quality standards.

  • Selection & Voting: If selected, your submitted music (via YouTube video/audio) will be placed in the "Overture" section below the official list. This allows our audience to vote on the track.

  • Promotion: Tracks that garner significant listener interest may be moved to a higher position on the official chart. Additionally, selected tracks may be featured on our blog as an "Interesting Release" at no extra cost.

2. "New Releases" Section (Free if submitted before 2027)

  • Submission Requirements: You must provide a working link to a single track on YouTube. Submissions containing multiple tracks or broken links will not be processed.

  • Selection Process: This is a curated service. We will review your submission and contact you within one week if your entry is selected for feature.

  • Turnaround Time: Once your music has been selected, the track will be published in the "New Releases" section within ten working days.

  • Editorial Integrity: To maintain an authentic experience for our readers, we do not share reviews for approval prior to publication. However, we only select music we genuinely enjoy; therefore, all reviews will be honest but positive in character.

3. Social Media & Licensing

By submitting your music to Circuit Hum (via free or paid channels), you grant us a non-exclusive right to feature, share, and post about your music on our official social media platforms at our discretion, without further notification or compensation.

 

4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection Statement

Any information shared with us through this website is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. We may use your contact details to send you our newsletter, respond to your inquiries, or provide direct support.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Should any significant changes occur, you will be notified promptly to review how your data is processed.

Contacting us through this website may automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter or request the erasure of your personal data at any time by replying to our emails or contacting us through the contact page. Upon receiving a request for data removal, we will act without undue delay (unless legally required to retain specific records). In accordance with statutory requirements, we will notify you of the outcome within one month.
