Hands-on Sampling Just Got Cheaper: Meet the Kiviak WoFi LE

Published on 12 May 2026 at 09:05

If you loved the look of Kiviak’s WoFi sampler but couldn’t justify the premium price, there’s good news coming out of Superbooth. Kiviak just announced the WoFi LE, a stripped-back version of their sampler that focuses on the essentials: pure, tactile sound design.

The biggest change is the interface. Instead of mini-keys, you get a sleek set of rubber pads. By removing the built-in speaker and battery, Kiviak has managed to slash the price down to just €299. It’s a smart move that makes this "cloud-connected" sampler much more competitive for home studio setups.

You still get the same workflow that made the original stand out—fast sampling, easy manipulation, and a fun sequencer. It won’t be shipping for a while (look for it in late 2026), but it’s definitely one to keep on your radar if you’re into that classic hardware feel.
